      Leadership. Colleagues. Product. Culture. Vision for the future. The leadership team is stellar while setting an aggressive path forward. My colleagues are some of the top data scientists in the world, and even my non-technical colleagues impress me on a weekly basis. Our Product is superb and only getting better. Culture is fantastic, especially in the big offices where it really feels like a tech unicorn is moving ahead at light speed. And our future vision unparalleled.

      Cons

      Turnover has been high recently— glad we are raising the bar for hires. Communication from Leadership lacked in 2019 but seems like we are fixing that in 2020 already. Otherwise, just minor things that come with 4x growth of employees in 2 years.
