      Pros

      DataRobot is seeing explosive growth with the best data scientists in the world who have built the world's most advanced machine learning enterprise grade AI platform. On top of their innovation, they have secured lots of capital and partnered with the best consulting firm (you know it) to design their corporate strategy. This company treats their employees extremely well and knows how to invest in the right places.

      Cons

      Working environment is intense. Not a regular 9 to 5. People high up work a lot so naturally the expectation flows down. But if the work is interesting, I don't mind working extra few hours.

      Free lunch and some genuinely good people.

      Cons

      The CEO and the leadership do not see people as living breathing humans with lives outside of work. They treat them solely as resources. If one of these resources is out of line or makes a critique about the company - they will disappear immediately without warning and without giving any feedback to the individual.
