      Great product, great coworkers, free meals, Japan sales team

      Cons

      -The CEO acts like a dictator. Only likes engineering teams, hates marketing/sales. -Offloaded the majority of marketing functions to Ukraine. -Management is unclear on metrics, yet demanding for more... -Part of company mission in 2020 started off as "employees first" yet, cut ~250 at HQ due to COVID 2 months later. -You are valued by the number of hours and opportunities created(even if they are the worst sales opportunity ever) which is why they love the Ukraine teams. -SDR to to ISR is a 2+ year road.

      - Unbelievable technology - game-changing - The right product at the right time - Extremely ambitious and compelling vision from the CEO - Some of the smartest people on the planet - A metrics-driven approach across the entire company - A genuine desire for continual improvement - An environment where you will be tested and stretched - Potential for growth because the company is growing so quickly - hard work is rewarded - A bias towards hiring for experience and results and don't mind paying

      - It's not for everyone - very demanding - The CEO can be a bit autocratic sometimes (but for the right reasons) - A focus on being in the office - not work-at-home friendly - Ambitious goals mean there will never be a time where you get ahead

      Sales Kick Off 2022 was fun

      Cons

      Day to day is overbearing, management is incompetent and teams aren't meeting expectations. Turmoil with executive leadership leads to distrust and questioning company future. Tough to stay here.
