      Pros

      I have never been more proud to work at a company. DataRobot truly cares about both its clients and employees. The company is passionate about client success and has a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where every employee is valued. Amazing people. Culture is set by a strong tone at the top. Executive leadership is fully bought in to the values of the company and leads by example.

      Cons

      Having so many great people can make it difficult to provide opportunities for everyone that is qualified to move up in the company.

      Pros

      When I joined, I was blown away by the level of skills the data scientists and engineers here possess. Even more so when I found out about the clients and industries that use our product. In one year here, I probably learned more about real-life data science than at my three previous jobs combined. The level of theoretical and practical complexity of the problems we have to solve also motivate you to step your game up. Personal initiative is encouraged (and even expected) so you can have an impact on many areas of the company regardless of your job title.

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure is beneficial in many aspects, but project planning and execution tends to be disorganized sometimes when there's no defined authority.

      This place is incredible. I'm very grateful for being part of this team. My experience has started at the end of 2014, and there are a lot of things ahead. The product is amazing and I truly believe it will make a huge difference in future.
