      Most dysfunctional company I've ever worked at

      my immediate team within marketing is great, decent pay

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea what they're doing, constant layoffs and announcing said layoffs at the same time as promotions, uses AI to write all content and then people wonder why it's not engaging, no transparency around shifting deadlines or company priorities

      Pros

      I loved working with my team. They were hard-working, smart, and were always willing to help one another, especially me. I never worked at a company where fellow engineers went above and beyond to assist me like they did at DataRobot. My managers were also some of the nicest people I've ever come across. I hope one day to emulate their leadership and expertise.

      Cons

      It's hard to trust where leadership is taking this company. Ever since I joined, it's been layoffs after layoffs, and it takes away the morale of everyone at the company. You feel pressured to perform, so you can only hope that the next round of layoffs won't come for you because you didn't meet expectations.
