Despite the brilliant data scientists at DataRobot, the new-guard of Arrogant leadership are there to make money for themselves. It may not really be their fault having taken over from challenging executive stock issues in 2022. But truly, there is no other goal than to get acquired. There is constant hiring, turnover, hiring, and turnover. Do yourself a favor and ask a non-product leader working there what the product actually does for customers. In fact, push them to name 3 customer references. They can't tell you because they have not cared to learn. It is no longer a serious company in today's market.

- Layoffs almost every quarter - Executive leadership team is made up of mediocre egocentric men - CEO has no vision, experience or good reputation - "Yes man" culture. People have been laid off for disagreeing with the bosses - Senior level people are either laid off or leaving because 'they' only want 'doers' who align with 'them' - Company has a history with making poor decisions and has not learned anything from the past. Chaos continues. - Fiscally unstable - Tall promises, poor quality product - No processes, no planning, no one knows who is in charge - Promotions mean nothing: People get promoted one month and laid off the next
