Good colleagues that are willing to help you improve. This might depend on your department/domain.

Cons

Workload can be heavy with tight deadlines. Not always clear how compensation and annual raises are calculated. Many abrupt changes to vision/leadership in 2021 led to both positive and negative changes in the corporate culture

Interesting product, but still has a lot of growing pains with the platform. Not a full connected platform as they share.

Cons

Sales leadership has unrealistic expectations. Sales reps are not treated equal. There is zero culture at the company.
