      US Centric and hence it is very late night meetings for the Asian folks. Technical pace is relentless.

      I like my job, I like our leadership. I think Debanjan is an amazing CEO to work for.

      Cons

      I think the product is hard to sell, I think the management has no vision for their teams, The career opportunities to be promoted is slim to none. Brand recognition needs to be better, customer success needs a revamp - attrition and at risk accounts at an all time high this year.
