Where to begin- Management is a complete failure. It is like a factory- Get on the phone and sell, sell, sell! It is a completely stressful environment where everyone is on the chopping block at any time. Funds are misused with CEOs living a luxury life of travel, wasting millions while layoffs loom every day for every employee. Do you really need to sponsor an F1 team when you can't pay your employees? No work-life balance. If you are a BDM/ CSR you have to work out of a noisy WeWork 3-5 days a week and compete with all the sounds/ noises that come from working in an open space and bang out 100 calls, 75 emails per day, 2-3 hours of research plus endless meetings that serve no purpose. I know BDR is a hustle game but this is the next level. Talked to many employees in various roles during my time there, all on the edge of burnout! Honestly, they do not have it together, from bottom BDR to top CEO, DataRobot is the definition of HOT MESS!!!
