Pros
Decent pay for a BDR position. If you are good, potential to make some decent commission
Cons
Yikes on the management. Would not recommend unless you don't care about a toxic environment, bullying, and unprofessional behavior. Continue rewarding the "leader" everyone files HR cases against for valid reasoning. Micro-managing with an inexperienced leader who is unsure how to do their own job let alone run a team (now teams) properly.
