Pros

Bound for success. IPO is in the near future. Lot of talented people to work with. Lots of personal growth.

Cons

Lack of transparency in many operations. Hybrid work model is a bit disappointing (it looks like we may be scaling down our offices more). Benefits we had before the pandemic were not replaced (e.g., office meals).

I like the convenience of working from home but look forward to getting more time in the office with the rest of the DataRobot team. Unconventional high-growth company with some of the most brilliant people I've ever met

Pros

Working in a fast-paced environment with hyper-talented data scientists, analytics professionals, consultants, and technologists. Learning curve is steep, but rewarding. Definitely not for people who want to work 9-5, but work is fulfilling and interesting as we are building on the cutting edge of a transformational industry. We are truly changing the game for ML. Unconventional culture not for everyone, but definitely works for folks who don't need a ton of structure, but are expected to execute at a high level.

Historically disorganized operationally, but improving a ton Work-life balance can be tough sometimes Sometimes there is a lack of transparency and cross-functional communication -- this was originally by design but is being slowly improved upon as we mature and become more organized

You get a chance to work with some of the best minds in the world. Every individual in the company bears some really smart qualities or skills in their respective domain.
