Pros

really smart people, great product, some good changes around DEI and benefits coming

Cons

micromanaging and toxic work environment with some of the new leadership in a certain department, don't forget who got the company here, havent taken the time to understand, take credit for things they have no done

Pros

I've been very impressed with DataRobot since joining. The company is 100% in hypergrowth mode and it's all hands on deck to contribute to the customer acquisition and support. They have a very thorough training plan for CFDS to build up technical knowledge. The salary is great and bonuses are awesome. Lots of talk about IPO which seems imminent so theres lots of financial upside. Health benefits are great. So far, taking PTO has not been a problem either. Remote work is manageable and you're busy during the day but setting boundaries after hours seems standard. There are also tons of opportunities to grow from a technical and sales perspective.

Cons

There is so much hiring going on it seems like the majority of people are new. I wish there was a 401k match - seems like an obvious perk. Also wish there were more offerings for remote workers like office chair.

Pros

-Work hard, play hard. Working remotely…I work more hours than I did at my previous employer but that’s negated with the flexibility I have in managing my schedule. Very objective focused even though sometimes that focus may be fuzzy at the worker bee level. That being said, lots of latitude in objective setting if you’re trying to make things better.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but be ready to work. Sometimes very independently…sometimes very team oriented. Like most techy startups, org chart is very flat. This causes some issues, perhaps, with regards to accountability.
