      it's hard to think of pros when company kicked out people

      Cons

      CEO and senior management are pathetic, negligent, reckless and lack moral integrity. Promoting "work super hard" as an official company value and then kicking out people on the street at a time when coronavirus epidemiology situation worsens.

      1. Toxic culture 2. Nepotism - if u belong to same community or region of managers you will grow fast in the company 3. No work life balance (every day extended hours) 4. No takers as of now

      Lacking good leadership team

      Pros

      - There are still some brilliant engineers around (mostly in Ukraine, some in other remote locations) - Strong upper managers: they have high EQ and really care about their employees - Very solid sales engineering team (customer facing data scientists)

      Cons

      - Too much middle managers (i.e. engineers who should just be engineers and shouldn't have had management roles delegated to them) - Very weak leadership team (CEO is clueless and brought in many of his other clueless cronies) - Culture is starting to feel too much like all the negative tropes you imagine from silicon valley tech companies - Codebase is very dated at this time and while there are finally attempts to modernize it, it is unclear with the current environment if that will see its way to fruition.
