Company tries to act like it's still a small startup which hasn't scaled at all, so things are incredibly chaotic. The CEO's lack of industry experience prior to starting Datarobot shows. Flat structure other than a handful of people in senior management leads to a lack of any strong or coherent leadership, especially at the team and domain levels. "Overcommunication" is touted as a core value which in practice leads to ICs having to repeat the same information across half a dozen different channels on a daily basis. Communication between teams isn't formalized at all, leading to massive silos. There is endless pressure to work ridiculous hours. SDLC processes are greatly lacking, and deadlines seem to be arbitrarily decided by upper management. What "career advancement" means at this company is wildly unclear as there is no structure through which to advance. If you try to bring up that the existing culture is getting in the way of good work, you're told "the culture here isn't for everyone" and basically told to leave the company. No bonuses, "unlimited PTO" in practice means "extremely limited PTO," no 401k match. Recent layoffs were incredibly poorly handled and demoralizing.

There are million hard tasks every day. No-one forces you to actually work extra hours here but everyone so excited and willing to improve product... Without strict discipline your work/life balance can suffer a bit.
