Pros

Extremely supportive team - from top to bottom Family-like culture Great environment Meritocracy - the harder you work, the more you can get paid! Everyone around you wants and will help you to succeed

Cons

Small, but growing company. We go against a lot of large firms.

Terrible Leadership, Not a Startup, Look Elsewhere

Pros

A few good people to work with grinding out a living. Working from home was helpful.

Cons

Terrible and toxic ownership. This is not a young growing startup. This an outdated, low revenue, middleware company that likes to boasts its big clients but in reality they are small potatoes. There "software" is extremely prone to issues and failures. As an employee expect to get attention when you are new and treated like trash after 6 months. What worked out for me is leaving a toxic work environment that is run by a failure of leadership. The CEO likes to tell clients and employees he invented SaaS, really? My best advice it to keep looking.
