Great work-life balance and opportunities to grow

Pros

Management understands the value of work-life balance. I started during the COVID crisis and everyone was very sensitive to that and HR did a great job of onboarding. Most importantly management understood that my home life was ever-changing and uncertain at times. As far as my job, I'm given the opportunity to enhance my skills and take on challenging projects. I thoroughly enjoy every work day, and love my team. The whole company is supportive and friendly.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

The people are nice, cool, and dedicated! Leadership is approachable. Very helpful coworkers and management that has been supportive the whole way. Flexible schedule/remote. You are acknowledged for your work. I really feel like everyone wants me to succeed and grow here; they provide good opportunities and feedback.

Cons

Learning curve can be large to some, but people are happy to bring you up to speed.

Non-Existent Communication

Pros

Friendly co workers and good work from home policy.

Cons

Communication was severely lacking in pretty much everything. Many tasks were reactive rather than proactive. Technology is outdated and was mostly only updated when it became a critical issue. Huge learning curve for new employees as training is very basic.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always open to input from our employees about how we can communicate better. In addition to our quarterly planning meetings and open-door policy, one resource we are using this year is a review of our Trust Behaviors with weekly trust huddles to develop our active listening, learn how to clarify expectations and be a better team player. We wish you the best in your career.
