Pros

1. Some great coworkers who made the days bearable 2. Decent location 3. Learned a lot through trial and error 4. Opportunities to take on responsibility early 5. Some managers genuinely care, but they’re rare

Cons

1. They hold your Provident Fund like it’s a loan they’ll maybe repay someday with no accountability from payroll or HR 2. Don’t expect your last month salary — apparently that’s optional now 3. Financial mismanagement isn’t just a rumor — it hits your bank account 4. Nothing is written in stone — management changes the rules whenever it suits them, the rulebook gets edited more than your resume 5. Leadership makes decisions in a vacuum, then blames teams when things fail, Promotions seem based on favoritism rather than performance. 6. Management often talks about culture, but doesn’t live it. No real support for career advancement — you're on your own 7. You’ll wear a lot of hats — and get credit for none of them

Pros

One of the standout features of this company is its size and diversity of projects. It's truly a hub of different types of projects, providing employees with the chance to explore various areas of interest. The working environment is undeniably friendly among colleagues. Team members are often willing to collaborate and help each other, creating a positive atmosphere that enhances productivity.

Cons

However, there are certain aspects of the company that can't be overlooked. One of the major drawbacks is the management's approach to decision-making. Decisions are frequently made without taking the time to gather input from employees who are directly affected. This lack of acknowledgment often leads to confusion and frustration among the staff. Furthermore, it's important to address certain individuals within the HR department. It's disheartening to observe that some members of the HR team exhibit behavior that reflects a power dynamic rather than a supportive approach. Effective communication and respectful interaction are essential, and there is definitely room for improvement in this area. Yearly review is very much poor In conclusion, my experience at this company has been a blend of positive and negative elements. The opportunity to work on diverse projects in a friendly environment is definitely a highlight. However, the management's decision-making approach and the inadequacies of the HR department are areas that need improvement. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall work experience for employees and contribute to a more cohesive and efficient workplace.

Pros

- Interest free loans - Good increments - Gaming - Learning old technologies - Growing organization

Cons

- No ethical values - Inexperienced and childish leads and line managers. - Bullying is common and lead and managers are involved in that. - Totally outdated in terms of Technology. If you want to work here then you can only work here and no anywhere else. - Work load stress is a lot and only work work and work. - Useless rules such as working continuously for 9.5 to 10 hour. - No Laws implemented here. People are just factory machines here and need to give minimum 9.5 hour. - No employee rights. - On weekend you will also get call if any thing happens and you won't be paid for that. - Their upper management only do policing whenever they are free. - No appreciation on work. Only bullying by Senior staffs.
