      Pros

      -The overall technology is second to none and customers LOVE it -The people are the foundation of this organization, and Databricks invests heavily in the right people -Above market value compensation -Commission structure for sales -Leadership is diverse and incredible. All types of backgrounds and companies

      Cons

      -At this point 12 months in, I do not have one con to add to the list. With any company of course there are areas for improvement. The great thing about databricks is we're an agile organization and if there are issues around something, leadership acts quickly to correct this.

      Plenty of meaningful and career enhancing work to do Smart and humble peers Uber passionate founder and leaders. Lots of potential for growth Goals are clear and realistic Global and diverse workforce RSU's should have significant long term value Benefits and perks are good with unlimited PTO that you can actually use

      Cons

      Not quite a start up and not a mature enterprise company so some things are not fully matured. This may be a pro or a con. No 401K match No Employee Stock Purchase

      - The people here make working at Databricks great. They are genuinely humble, kind, collaborative, and brilliant individuals. - Very competitive pay and benefits. - The problem we're solving here at Databricks is important and something that virtually every company is in need of and the demand is only growing. - The technology used and cohesive vision within he company is what sets us up for success. - Flexible in-office/remote work

      Cons

      - The company is not public yet. - Would be great if they would open up an office in the Pleasanton, Dublin, Danville area!
