Great people at all levels. Everyone I work with is incredibly smart and collaborative. Ali’s ability to communicate the deepest of technical concepts as well as a high level business roadmap is consistently amazing It’s so refreshing to be at a company that actually understands what it entails to be data driven. Most companies throw around terms like ML, AI, and big data with no real grasp on how to use the concepts. Databricks understands and often creates the playbook on these topics The work is interesting and I really couldn’t think of a better company to work at given the growing importance of data in tech and business Great cultural values that are actually adhered to. Transparency from the executive level best in class pay and benefits Really making an effort with diversity that shows both in terms of the employees and the resources for employees
