      Pros

      Some of the most amazing people, always willing to help each other. The company is growing so quickly and the technology we're building is incredible. Employee perks and the flexibility of remote work is great, and the SF HQ is amazing as well.

      Cons

      Workload can be very heavy depending on your accounts. Product/eng is pushing out tons of features so it's challenging to keep up-to-date.

      Pros

      I love the culture proposed by Databricks for its employees, the company has grown exponentially, but even so, we see that the cultural aspect has been maintained, which is fundamental for its success. The team is highly proactive and they play together a lot.

      Cons

      I feel that the incentive for non-US teams needs to be reviewed. We have a lot of room to grow in territories outside the US, and if the company improves actions or creates actions similar to what is done in the US, in these other regions as well, the impact will be extremely positive for Databricks' business.

      Pros

      The culture is great and healthy. People are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Ali is very transparent and honest. They have many great ERGs and they also do salary equity in accordance with the Fair Pay Workplace.

      Cons

      Wish there was more diversity in hiring. Health benefits aren’t the best. No 401k matching but hopefully they’ll consider it when we go public.
