      Pros

      The culture is great and healthy. People are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Ali is very transparent and honest. They have many great ERGs and they also do salary equity in accordance with the Fair Pay Workplace.

      Cons

      Wish there was more diversity in hiring. Health benefits aren’t the best. No 401k matching but hopefully they’ll consider it when we go public.

      Pros

      Team-oriented we all win together style culture. Amazing products, and unique opportunity to grow a career with one of the best Data/AI, analytics platforms out there. Good amount of freedom, and great tools to use. Very well organized. But high standards. Working with "A"players in the industry! CEO Ali is amazing at open communication and opinions with everyone biweekly in the direction of our company.

      Cons

      Some pretty high goals and expectations to live up to. Some teams are still unbalanced from a diversity standpoint, but to be expected in this industry.

      Pros

      I have the opportunity to work with some very brilliant minds from a variety of high-profile backgrounds (FAANG, cutting-edge startups, etc.) both internally and at the customers I get to work with. The company culture is very fun and light-hearted, helping to keep morale high and deliver better results to our customers.

      Cons

      As is the case with any rapidly growing company, there are some areas where there have been frequent changes; depending on how rigid you like your roles and responsibilities, this could potentially be a con for some people.
