Pros

- Team members knowledgeable and genuinely try to be helpful with however little time they have - Office is gorgeous and the perks/amenities are nice, if you have time to use them (never got to take a yoga/pilates class or a meditation session, but I did eat breakfast there almost daily because I had no time to before I got into the office) - Flexible hybrid work policy, international-friendly if you need to work remote briefly

Cons

- Misalignment of goals/outlooks/process amongst different layers of leadership - Goalposts move with no warning or notice until after a project is concluded and suddenly leadership opinion on the outcome changes - Busy season lasts half the year and is extremely intense with minimal preparation/training - Your specific role/scope may not be clear until a few months in

Pros

There are quite a few good benefits.

Cons

Management at the Mexico office is disorganized and overly controlling, with little regard for the team’s well-being. Rules change constantly, communication is poor, and genuine support is lacking. Instead of fair treatment or competitive pay, we get snacks and dinner parties as a substitute for real recognition. Overall, it feels like employees are not truly valued.
