- Good work environment, engineers are friendly, helpful and excited about their work - Small teams taking care of their entire stack, this allows to learn a lot, and to take part of all aspects of a project. - Flexible working hours and location.

Cons

- It is a tech product, and as the company grows team are getting specialized. So it can lack of diversity if you prefer broader projects.

Cons

Very Stretched targets and quick strategy turns (due to great rapidly changing market opportunity) means you shouldnt hope for optimal work/life balance to capitalize on full opportunity here.
