      The most toxic workplace i've ever experienced

      - Product is amazing, and customers love it - A few really nice people

      Cons

      - UK leadership is toxic and promotes unethical working practices with a sink or swim bullying culture - Majority of the sales team have left because of this - Micromanagement on a scale i've never seen before

We strive to build a culture of growth and shared success and don't tolerate any form of bullying. This is absolutely something we'll be addressing internally with our leadership team to understand better where this is happening, and why. Our leaders and managers go through dedicated workshops centered around Datadog's management practices, unconscious bias, providing feedback and more, as we recognize the impact that managers have on an individual's growth and success in the company. We work to keep these trainings updated and relevant, dependent on needs that are identified for our leaders and managers.       We appreciate you leaving this feedback. We're glad your overall experience with Datadog has been positive, and that you've enjoyed the culture and working with your team. We strive to set our employees up for success, whether in the office or while working remotely, but understand the learning curve and challenges that come with the SDR role as you navigate your Sales career. That is why we encourage our SDR team to come to the office ~3 days a week to mitigate some of these challenges as you learn, grow, and develop. We're continuing to learn and grow ourselves as we adapt to a hybrid workplace environment, and will definitely take this feedback into account as we continue to improve our processes and enablement practices to be as remote-friendly as they are in person.
