Our People Business Partners are activetly digging into the issues you've brought to our attention here through listening tours we're conducting across the Sales team, and we encourage all employees to come to their PBPs with any internal problems they face so we can work to solve them together as we continue to scale rapidly and experience growing pains along the way. We also have all folks across the organisation attending Behaviours of Inclusion and Actions of Inclusion training to be informed to build and maintain an inclusive environment surrounding DEI. We will not tolerate any slander or gossip within the organisation and will do all we can to mitigate this in the future through better trainings for managers and employees around leadership, allyship, and professional development.
