      Pros

      - Sharp product & customer-focused company - Work-life balance is solid. You can put your phone down unless on-call after 8pm - A very technical group of people - Tons of learning opportunities

      Cons

      - Grew fast and there are typical growing pains/Typical public company stuff & bureaucracy incoming - A lot of cooks in the kitchen - management is new to management and that shows

      extreme growing pains on all sides of the business. i.e still using google sheets to track a lot of data
