      Pros

      Great culture in the office, everyone is really friendly. It's an open office where everyone interacts - there are no cliques. Everyone from the very top is always willing to help and guide you. Everyone is rowing in the same direction! There are massive career opportunities as they hire a lot from within the company. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would ever need like snacks, drinks, etc and they also have catered lunches 3 days a week. There are always fun events held for the employees - activities, etc. The office is very centrally based in the city which is nice

      It's not easy work but it's very rewarding and they do everything to support as much as can.

      Pros

      Good Product but only for markets with very high cloud adoption.

      Cons

      Lies, false promises, horrible working conditions, horrible work-life balance, mobbing. You will get no support starting your role, and that will decrease your chances of being successful. There is no understanding or willingness for an understanding of regional differences. You will get measured, and observed like a guinea-pig. They check your calendar on a weekly bases rate you publicly every week based on KPI that were defined without any context or adjustments to your region. This is a nightmare and definitely not legal, but local entities without local subsidiaries working under umbrella companies, don't get checked for violations.
