Pros

You learn something new every day but you would at any tech company

Cons

Management has favorites who they promote from within. Company has become corporate and is increasingly disrespectful to its solution engineers. They promise a lot but give back very little. Expect no work life balance. They just increased your work hours. Micromanagement and turnover is at its peak.
