Pros

No pros can be commented, however, there is a potential for growth if they hire the ethical and competent management. If the CEO is listening to their truthful employees and accept the fact that the company need to be refurbish.

Cons

Ethical and competent employees are important. Nowadays, customers are demanding and they are working towards the quality of the products and the right company to work with. This is what the world is working on. Instead of following the rule of the game, by going the opposite way, it will jeopardise the company. Respect and listen to your truthful employees instead of cast them away. By listening to your truthful employees it will increase the image and reputation of the company. Hiring the “right” management is important because all unwanted cultures are start from here. Supporting the management way to cast away and suppress your competent and truthful employees just to cover their own incompetency will cause the company to lose in this competitive market.
