Pros

Good working environment. Good compensation , nice health care package, have canteen for lunch. Free parking. Extra salary for work overtime.

Cons

Fixed working time. Low salary. The managers always promise about the promotion and chance then nothing is higher than their income and firmly position. The competitive aspect seems to be unfair. Suitable for who wanna settle down , housewives,etc.

Pros

Wide variety of tasks to do and the ability to gain a ton of knowledge on automation and processes.

Cons

Well... A lot. Too much to write in a reasonable amount of time. The company is more worried about sales that making a great product. They rather push something out early and try and sell junk then do it right the first time. Culture is very segmented. More problems then positives with this company. High stress environment.

Good products, really great focus on commercial side of the business, great website

Cons

Too many uniformed decisions made by the family in Italy, inefficient supply chain which adds too much time to orders, too much favoritism which is not based on getting results
