Pros

They have good products at a competitive price.

Cons

Everything else has problems. There is no marketing, no management leadership and no cohesive game plan.

Pros

Innovation at this company is keeping them at the forefront of the market for Grocery POS scanners. They have incredible talent and depth in R&D.

Cons

Owned by a European parent company, much of the engineering and leadership roles have migrated away from the US leaving employees disconnected and disaffected. Their tunnel vision focus on grocery POS leaves the rest of the company (hand held scanners and mobile and wireless) mired in mediocrity.

Pros

Good pay and descent benefits. Co-workers are great!

Cons

No direction from upper management. Company is imploding with no way to reverse the trend. Upper management style is outdated and they have no clue how to operate in the US market place.
