Sinking ship. Much potential, but poor management. Hostile working environment.

Some good products on barcode side. but competitors are taking market share.

Cons

No visionary leadership. Leaders want results, but provide poor business plans and minimal employee support to execute those plans. No brand awareness. Company sees marketing as an afterthought; rather than a front-end requirement. "Datalogic who?" Way behind most competitors in marketplace. Many 'Me, too" products with little value proposition. Does not carry much inventory, with very long lead times compared to competition. Much business is lost due to simply not being able to deliver in a timely fashion. Compensation well behind industry.

Cons

Limited opportunity of career advancement. Manager does not have a very strong technical background thus can't well predict and control the direction and progress of the project.
