      Pros

      Incredible product that is carving out a unique place in the market and making a positive impact on the world. Co-workers who are super smart, skilled at their craft, and also fun to work alongside. Company wide focus on DEI, robust ERG program, meaningful work to foster a diverse and inclusive culture. Flexibility, great benefits, generous PTO, empathetic leadership, opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Not a "con" for everyone, but for some - Dataminr is best described as a "low ego" environment. It's also fast paced, reflecting our growth trajectory. These two things make it an ideal place for many - but can be a terrible fit for the wrong person. If you want to do great work and let it speak for itself, Dataminr is a refreshingly ego-free place compared to most tech companies.
