Pros

- Ambitious/inspiring company goals - Smart, hardworking people - Regular recognition/compensation increases based on performance - Good benefits - Well-meaning leadership team, making real efforts to listen to employee feedback (real changes implemented based on regular company-wide feedback surveys)

Cons

- While transparency between the exec team and the masses was improving pre-covid, it feels like it has stalled a bit since remote work began - Different parts of the company are relatively siloed, not only between different office locations but between departments, which I think is why these reviews are so polarized. It's alarming and disheartening to read some of the negative reviews when my experience has been so different

Pros

* Really smart, hardworking employees who care * Not ego-driven * Dataminr truly seems invested in DEI, and the ERGs have been making a real positive impact. * An amazing purpose-driven product that makes me feel proud to work here

Cons

It's still somewhat of a startup, so you can't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work hard. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the line between home/work, especially now that we are all remote.

Pros

- The people, who are humble but excellent at what they do. - Ability to make a positive impact on people's safety. - Ability to work through technical challenges larger than other companies of this size. - Truly excellent benefits.

Cons

- It would be great to see more of the exec team and CEO at cross company meetings. - Diversity at the exec team level hasn't been great up until this point, but the new CFO helps to correct that.
