      Pros

      After several years in the workforce, I can say I really love going to work at Dataminr every day. Many companies don't value their employees in a way that makes them feel like they matter. Dataminr is the complete opposite. Among the many pros of being here, here are just a few: -Great environment -interesting work -amazing perks -good salary -minimal stress level

      Cons

      Nothing really, but some people may find the flexible work schedule to be difficult.
