      A good outsourcing company in its class

      Pros

      Good pay compared to the rest of the same outsourcing companies. Outsourcing companies are at the mercy of firms who use the competition to lower cost but Merrill Communications try hard to get a better deal and give the low paying firms to lesser companies.

      Cons

      Needs better managers who knows the culture of the firm. The quality of management suffered due to the crisis of 2008 and good personnel were for to resign.

      Pros

      Generally nice folks, many of the IT peers were good to work with. There were bumps in the transition to a VM oriented data center but other than a bit slow to get management to respond to needed upgrades, generally ok.

      Cons

      Not in any way a technical management and some of the "nice" was fly over passive aggressive, no one would ever upset anyone with an out right no so there were frequent frustrations.

      easy to get in the door, gets you exposure to the industry, good mentor presence

      Cons

      tough gig for some people, if you arent trying to bring in new business dont bother, be ready for a challenge
