I can only speak about my own department, but it was a mess. Morale was nonexistent, the managers were terrifying, and there was very little praise offered for a LOT of work. Pretty much everyone in my department was miserable. Management style was confusing and time-wasting. There was no sense of organization. Avoid like the the plague.
