While the company reinvents itself it will be a lot of hardwork. Being that the company campus is three buildings it is unpleasant in poor weather conditions to go between. The office interior is in poor condition and needs renovation immediately.

Too much top level managment. Too many people trying to please them. Not enough strong smart managers who care about their employees instead of themselves. Too much focus on pleasing sales not enough focus on the lower level employees. Growth depends on who your manager is.
