      Pros

      The environment is very flexible. New management team bringing in new ideas. People are great to work with. Always going above and beyond to help others out.

      Cons

      The management is very top heavy. And, the resources and employees at the professional level are spread thing. The company tends to have an environment full of fire drills.

      Pros

      Your work experience at Merrill Corporation depends on the law firm / client you are assigned to. In my experience with a large law firm in Minnesota, we were treated terribly by the lawyers, legal admin assistants, and even Merrill higher ups. However, you have full benefits, sick time off, and paid time off.

      Cons

      Low pay, stressful work environment. Managers will choose the client over their own employees.

      Pros

      Minimal consideration given to costs. If you want/need something or new personnel getting it is a cake walk.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. Lots of favoritism. Politics stuck in the 80s. Managerially top heavy to say the least.
