Pros

Most "office" positions have some flexibility to work from home. Some people there are really fantastic and want to help you succeed.

Cons

Poor communication and execution of business plans and strategies. Skills development is virtually non-existent. Technology is outdated and IT never gets a budget sufficient to update. Bullying of staff by sales and management is common and making a complaint will get you labelled as a problem.

Pros

Easy job because it's nothing but copying/scanning (clerical)

Cons

Employee gossip/drama, upper management (Minnesota) is sneaky, you learn next to nothing unless you don't know how to copy/scan/fax, nowhere to move up, no bonuses, do not like to give raises at all, clients treat staff like "the help"

Not a great place

Pros

The benefits were pretty good

Cons

Legal solutions dept. was sold in June to DTI with little to no warning to non-management employees. Lost all benefits and sale was started in time to avoid yearly review/bonuses. Management does not communicate with clients or employees to solve problems that arise, and the lack of direct communication makes it hard to do your job.
