Management panics quickly and is very gullible. Can be very unprofessional to employees at times.

A family oriented company, hires talented people.

Cons

There's a major disconnect between senior management and lower level employees. It seems they do not know what type of company they want to be. Communication between departments lacks, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
