Pros

Family atmosphere is great, though that is changing. Datum may be changing to a churn and burn shop, so be careful.

Cons

Needs more clients, needs to compensate better.

Pros

Attentive, caring management. Employees feel connected and involved. There's a great 401k plan as well. I only left to become a government employee

Cons

Only the fact that the company is based in Georgia, so they are a bit removed geographically. Made it just a little difficult at times to get hold of management whenever an issue would arise
