Have to work for PTO, raises are hard to get if your working on the contractor side

They put more $ into the software they're developing for billing purposes than into paying sales/recruiters or into their agency/staffing business. Don't know employment law and not aware of what employment law is per state/location so clueless when they break them. Only have about 2 or 3 main clients and haven't been able to hire any sales people to bring in any new clients in the several years I worked there. Management is horrible and needs to be replaced but they're the owners so there's so much nepotism there it's disgraceful. Base salary is below market and their commission structure is a joke! Company is so small and will stay small. They don't know how to grow it. If they lose one of the only 2 or 3 accounts they have, they'll have to go under. No room for growth/advancement of career within this company because it's so small. Benefits are barely average, the premium costs per month are exorbitant, and the benefits for their contractors are even worse!
