Fantastic technology, awful execution
Pros
Company has tons of money, very much interested in being the "best" from a technology stand point. Lots of technology and processes to learn and develop. The top tier management are a great group, but completely out of touch at the plant level.
Cons
They want a Ferrari for a Honda price is the best analogy I can give, great ideas horrible execution. Try to do everything with the absolute bare minimum of resources, resulting in burnout, people being run into the ground and leaving the company. There are ZERO resource managers, the man who is the "manager" has not business having direct reports, no chance for development, management doesn't listen to any advice from engineering regardless of how loud you scream. Management continually boasts how fantastic they were in the past, however the reality is they failed, and continue to fail. Continually set people up for failure, then legitimately YELL at individuals for failing. Salary is not worth the stress, and it is below average/market. Expectation is no work life balance. No culture, no team building, hostile work environment.
