good 401k and nice middle management for the most part

Cons

management is like an old boys club, if they like you then you will have an easy job and if they don't know you then your life is stressful. no training and they provide no resources while expecting the world out of you. also they pay crazy low for the industry

The work is easy enough.

Cons

The management team is in disarray. Constant problems with machinery due to lack of engineering intelligence and yet the management walks around with this all-superior hierarchy nonsense. The pay is subpar putting it lightly. It seems promising when you first start but quickly makes you see how this place will not survive.
