Incompetent higher management, no proper communication, no salary hike, confirmation not done on time, worst HR, dirty politics, someone is fired or leaves every month.

False commitment. Changes the decision on last moment. Heard many negative news about HR. Few People are weird. No unity in team. Unprofessional attitude of CEO. Flirty attitude of CEO. Management enjoys every Indian Festival ( as they visit during the festival time only). But doesn't spend money on employee engagement. Every news is passed to management through one channel. Previous negative reviews were deleted.

DIT PUNE worst company i have ever seen no growth at all.. HR is a JOKER ONSITE people think they are genius but they arent. False promises given no salary hike . waste of time
