Low level management, no development, no change in mindset, HR is lousy, sorry but that's the truth....

Overall not nice company

Pros

The company pays on time and you work from home. Business is running well and the company will hardly run out of money for salaries.

Cons

There are no opportunities for applying your knowledge. Manager gives many orders but offers no help or guidance. Fake courtesy with no real respect behind.

On time salary payment. good international team

Cons

Most unethical and unprofessional people i have seen. Even after escalation to senior management no action taken by them. MD who do not have technical or management qualification. He should open restaurant and manage it. He is always more concerned about food than company growth.
