On time salary payment. good international team

Cons

Most unethical and unprofessional people i have seen. Even after escalation to senior management no action taken by them. MD who do not have technical or management qualification. He should open restaurant and manage it. He is always more concerned about food than company growth.

Pros

This is the worst company i have ever seen . The DIT(IT sector of datwyler)is pathetic with bunch of incapable rude and racist people sitting at top .The company makes new policies whenever they like . Company terminates people without any prior warnings and without any prior escalation .

Cons

Management is very bad . It has created dissatisfaction among employees . No growth in company No good work. No job security.
