Management is bunch of incapable people hired. Work culture is very bad' HR is pathetic No respect for resources Think twice before accepting offer since the offer is lucrative but aftermath is going to be frustrating

Cons

Change can be unsettling creating nervousness among employees. Management could communicate more.

This position is not a short-term proposition. To the contrary, company is growing. Growing company with a lot of development opportunity. Very good compensation and benefits packages.

Currently somewhat resource restricted due to growth. However, company is recruiting.
