Pros
I've only been with them for a few months now; however an amazing employer who actually cares about their employees even if you aren't a profit producer; unlike some in this industry where the bottom line seems to be the only things that matters. My manager and their bosses seem to people of their word, allow for flexibility when my children are sick etc... Glad I made a switch from my previous employer
Cons
As the previous poster mentioned, not much to complain about so far. If I had to say anything, I wish they had more openings for my previous co workers.
